The stay here was perfect for a quick visit, with efficient and friendly staff, a brand-new room with a queen size bed, balcony, and wardrobes.

the breakfast does not apply, I did not consume it; the perfect location, I liked the attention of irene, the Spanish receptionist (from jaen), who knew how to recommend perfectly everything that could be of interest to us in Nuremberg for a night's stay

It is unacceptable that, by protocol, in a hotel of this category, the cleaning lady should go in at 8.45 a.m. and wake the occupants, and do so again at ten, without any positive indication from our side for such an intrusion. If this is a protocol of the hotel logistics, it is absolutely intrusive and has little respect for the rest and privacy of the occupants. When I complained about it at the time of checking out, the receptionist could not and did not know how to offer any more response than the manager would contact me, which did not happen in the following six days, another sign of lack of respect and attention that does not correspond to the supposed category of the hotel.

the service is wonferful

The hotel's location was great, very close to the train station with the Christmas market and a market within walking distance. the breakfast was pretty decent and very very good, at better prices. - the staff was welcoming.

Most hotels were full and those with vacant rooms were ridiculously overpriced when I was there. I paid nearly 200 euros for a room when I have stayed at this hotel before for less than 100 euros.

The hotel staff was exceptional, everyone one of them were friendly, helpful, professional, and welcoming. That is the most important element in putting together a good hotel. All else follows from that. Congratulations to Sheraton Carlton Nuernberg for this success.

interior design was a bit blah

The Sheraton Carlton Nuernberg in Nuremberg offers plenty of brilliant meal options. The rooms are beautifully decorated and come with a modern bathroom featuring a bathtub and a separate shower.- The staff is amiable, allowing for early check-in, and they operate a fantastic bar.- The hotel has a good and incredible location for visiting the Germanisches Nationalmuseum, which is just a 10-15 minute walk away.- It is located near the Old Town, train station, and other attractions.

NIce hotel, good location - close to old city and central station. Breakfast choice is also fine I would only add porridge.

There are some SPA ficilities and small gym in the hotel but there is no swimming pool. However it does not break general good impression. During EU coating show Nuremberg hotel prices go up like a rocket and this hotel is not an exclusion.

Its location at a moderate distance from two satellite museums was unbeatable. A shopping area and the Christmas market were right next door.

The breakfast they served was cold, hope one day it will be way much better.

Our rooms were compact and new-fashioned with all the best services available. A big bathtub plus big enough cabinets.- The location was particularly good and unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Gothic church.

They have a wonderful location that I'll definitely visit again, the rooms are amazing and spacious with a big bed, and the service is very attentive.

We stayed the second time in this hotel and think that it is just perfect. Everything works well, the sleeping comfort is high, the hotel bar and breakfast well above average and the staff very helpful.
